Return Policy

• Return Window:
  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund.
  • Items must be returned in new, resalable condition.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
• Return Process:
  • To return an item, please email us at support@ultrathigs.in
  • In your email, please include the following information:
    • Your order number
    • The reason for the return
    • Photos or videos of the item, if applicable
  • We will send you a return label.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 4-7 business days.

Refunds: * Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment that was used to make the purchase. * Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged Items: * If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. * We will send you a replacement item or issue a refund.
